These FAQs can help you to boost conversions by dealing with common sales objections.

You can either use them inside your promotion emails, or in direct response to leads who email you asking one of these questions.

Topic: Three Months of Free Email Support

Question: I want to buy VBA School to lock in the discount, but I can't start until next month. Can I postpone my 3 months of free email support?

Answer: Yes, no problem! if you want to start the course at a later date, just email me after you buy. Use the contact email details provided in the course.

When you contact me, just say you'd like to postpone your 3 months of free email support and I'll put it in the system. I will make sure that you get full support as you make your way through the course.

And don't forget that you have lifetime access to the training videos so you can keep coming back to them for reference.

Topic: Training Video Format

Question: I am interested in your course, but I watched the intro video and was distracted by the text transcript. Is the blue box that changes every second and highlights every word you speak going to be in the course? Because it's not for the faint of heart, it's like walking in a dark street with neon signs everywhere :-) Is this feature used in all the training video lessons? If so, can it be turned off?

Answer: Sorry if the close captioning is distracting! Lucky for you, the changing blue captions aren't a major part of the course. The live captions only show up in two videos in Module 1.

The other training videos in my 10+ hour library show Excel fullscreen and don't have distracting captions.

If you use Chrome as your browser, you can control the video playback speed. Unfortunately, if you use Firefox, the speed controls are not available. But the rest of the course works just fine on Firefox and other browsers.

Topic: Mac Excel vs Windows Excel

Question: Do you cover Mac Excel VBA in your course?

Answer: That's an important question. The answer is "no", I don't cover Mac Excel VBA specifically. You need to know that I filmed the course using Windows Excel.

All 10+ hours of video use Windows Excel for demonstrations. I'm having a look at making the course Mac-friendly, but that won't happen for a few months at least.

One student who uses a Mac is compiling a list of differences for every training module. I will make that list available to all students when it's ready so that following along on your Mac is easier.

But until then, I recommend you don't buy if you are a Mac Excel user.

Topic: Lifetime Access

Question: I see that you offer lifetime access to VBA School. Can you tell me what lifetime access means?

The key is to focus on getting your subscribers/followers to click on the sales page link, and let the sales page video do the work of converting leads into customers.
